Christmas is early, santa is busy

Just had some ciabatta bread for dinner. Another simple dinner and this has been going on for many months now! Funny thing is I'm getting used to it. Just some bread and a cup of hot chocolate will do. =) I love to cook especially when no one is around and preparing sumptuous meal for myself is really comforting. Looking back several years ago, I was really a big fan of making pastries. I was the sous chef in the family, the head chef is of course mommy and she's unbeatable. Mommy can make really really delicious braised pork leg and gosh, it makes me salivate just thinking about it. Dad can cook too and he makes good soup. ;)I love to modify my mom's recipes and call them my own! hehe...

When I started living on my own, I made a lot of good dishes every night and I think I put on at least 10 lbs in 2 months time. Fortunately, the community where I was living in had a gym and I had to hit the gym everyday to shed all the extra weight. I did achieve my goal of having a tone body but haha that didn't last too long!

I'm really tired for the past two days. Maybe because of constant partying? =P Newcastle is a very nice city to live and partying is on top of everyone's list. I just saw a memo on the board inviting everyone to party on the 7th of December. Christmas comes early this year baby! Too bad I'm leaving on the 8th and I don't think it's right for me to party while Gary is here. hahaha...

I'm just too lazy to start doing anything now and this week, I'm supposed to work my ass off for the assignments and dissertation. I'm a little behind schedule and that's really bad. You know, each time after typing and typing and just pouring whatever shit I wanna say here, the motivation comes back! =D

I guess I better start working now or else I'm wayyyyyyyy behind and that's not good.

Good luck everyone and to those who are shopping for christmas presents, don't forget mine. =P
