Talk of the town, your value

I think there's a common issue among us common people. We want to be valued and we want to retain our value in the market. Okay I know I'm referring to us human being or fellow homo sapiens as if we are some kind of commodities.

But do you know which "value" I'm relating to? Of course I'm not talking about things that can be converted into cash value or bartered for a return in another form of commodity. It's actually the value of human interest. A very simple example is in the form of a relationship. Gal A has been going out with Guy B for some time. Gal A seems to always attract flock of birds and swarm of bees each time. Guy B is jealous. Guy B confronted Gal A on this issue. Gal A responded "I need to have some value in the market". So in this case, gal A desires attention and attention is the value she is depicting for. This kind of attention can be really bad for relationship. When you date a person, you automatically love the other person to give you some positive feedback on the relationship. But how? Asking is also a good form of receiving input on things and knowing our value. How good we been doing? We constantly desire to achieve some feedbacks on the matters that we've done.

Some people do not love to be evaluated. Not because they are too carefree to know, but it's also a form of ignorance. I hate to say but I think people these days are too busy, too ignorant and too arrogant to know what is their value.

What about you? Do you know what's your value?

Sorry I been crapping a lot today. Got overdosed on sugar!hehe

It took me 10 minutes to understand what you mean by value. And I still don't know if what I understood is what you meant.

But here goes, maybe some people know what their value is but you just don't realise they know it. Maybe they are being ignorant because they simply don't want to admit it in front of you. I bet they know what their value is inside their hearts. Or maybe they are merely scared and fear of being confronted of what their value is. Or maybe there are really some people who is "doink" enough to not know what their value is.

And hey, how many people you know who will actually tell you the truth on how they feel about you? To be honest, I have only met a few, I re-iterate: A FEW!. Not even someone very close to me.

No offense to any of the above comment, just bluttering it out after a 9 to 6 day of work :)
