We arrived at the camping site around 1.30pm. Traffic was smooth flow. We were so excited that we decided to just do the drive-thru thingee at McDonalds, so to save some time for us to get everything set up at the site.
When we arrived, a queue was already sighted and it was not surprising at all since people got a day off in conjunction with the commemoration of Christopher Columbus (a guy who thought he found asia but actually America...hehe..history textbook chapter emmmmmm??).
That's our humble tent
We chose 103 as our campsite and fortunately, choices were immense. We just had to choose the one we liked and Gary thought 103 seemed decent because it was facing the ocean and I guess he had this fantasy of listening to the wave of the ocean while he sleeps. I'm totally okay with that as long as I don't end up like a wet duck!
It took Gary 20 mins to get the tent set up while I prepared the table. After we're done, we decided to frolic on the beach with Odie. Oh boy, we sure had fun. The feeling of getting connected to mother nature once again brought lots of fantastic moments.
To be Cont'd......
