I've unplugged my phone because of the disturbing calls. Just wtf you want from me?

I'm just trying to get some sleep! FUCK!

Sorry for the profanities.

Some Pot and Bowl story

I was reading an article today on IKEA's success.

IKEA. A scandinavian company that creates a comfortable living space in your home. The furnitures are of mediocre quality. They are not too high end nor bad enough to crack in just few days of usage. They have stores worldwide and their stores are GIGANTIC!

Personally I love shopping at IKEA. It's fun browsing all different types of furniture in a comfortable huge space. Their stuff are innovative. I bought a pot scraper for $1.99 and instead of the usual "hole" you see on the bottom end (where you hang your stuff), you get a suction area where you can just place it on your sink and there's no need to use a hammer, find a nail and then hang it on the wall.
It has created quite a commotion in my house. HAHA

Any takers? $9.99 for a wine rack. Not bad.

One must wonder, such a giganto company with stores all over the world, there mustn't be a place where IKEA is not accepted. If you think Mcd restaurants in India are frequently patronised by indians, then you are wrong. Indians hate McDs because of some serious issues with the oil they are using.

Believe it or not, IKEA is not welcomed by Japanese people. I mean, come on, just some furnitures and they aren't different from any of those sold in the japanese market. Honestly, I myself don't really get the reason behind this. I know japanese people only require small little space to live. And that's pretty much the information I have because I have never lived in Japan. Was it because of the style of the furnitures? Was it because of the huge IKEA store? Was it because they love to support their own local made products? Was it because Japanese people would prefer sushi to be served in the IKEA food court?Oh, talking about the Danish food, I love the cinnamon bun they sell.=P

Now they even have home appliances such as refrigerators, gas stove etc IKEA brand. =)

Maybe japanese people need more retro style. You know, afterall, Japanese people love to dress up really retro-ly. Their sense of fashion is different from the rest of the world.

Japan is a really difficult market to penetrate. I wish IKEA good luck!

A different James Blunt for a change

Milking on your Old Junk for Greens!

Internet business is the "in" thing right now. I just wanted to share this experience with all my friends. Yes, you can make a lot of money out of internet business. There was this peak season where I made over, let's not give exact amount, say 5 digits at that one time! That was christmas season. Sales went crazy and people started buying online like they just milked the cash cow. I was a happy girl.

You know, if you guys have some spare time, spend 2-3 hours online and you can make some side earnings and that's really really cool! Besides, you get the money in your pocket and you don't just sit in front of the pc breaking your neck.

I started selling online when I didn't get the foot traffic I wanted from my shop. I created a website and sell on Exxx. Okay, everyone can guess what website I was referring to. Duh! The audience for your products is immense!People all over the world started asking me questions when I first started. That's how got me excited and kept me going. Hence why I'm still selling online until today. I've sold mainly RC stuff and when you browse EXXX online, you will see that people sell various item. From old broken pot to newly acquired t-shirt for the FIFA cup. Snap!Wait a few days and you will see both items sold to someone. It's really that easy. You pack it and send it out to your virtual customer. Maybe he's an old guy sitting in his front porch or a teenage boy. You don't have to care about the details and no questions asked. Last month, I've already made $7k selling off all the old stuff I got sitting in my house.
G just found an old calculator which costs $400! We gonna auction that off as well.

People even sell posters, old issues of playboy magazine (that's why somebody is collecting his FHM and Maxim's) and lots of items which are deemed junk by you but treasure by some people. I'm planning to salvage some of the items in my store and sell them off as well.

I have a whole bunch of STAR WARS items that I am planning to auction them off when star wars is going to be a hit again. Someday.

Yeah, you girls out there, we can make side earnings ourselves. If you got some old shit laying arouond, you should sell it off.

It's fun. We once sold some items to a guy living in Nevada Desert!I'm wondering when will I send order to a guy living in space. hehehehe

You guys can do it!

"DONATED" 9 bucks to ONLY TOFU no mushroom charity

Today a couple of friends and I went out for korean lunch. The place was jam packed with hungry faces trying to get a table when we arrived. My friend spotted a good looking chap running around the place, collecting dirty dishes, bringing out food, settling the bills etc etc and she only had good words about that guy. Honestly, he ain't bad looking at all, just too F4-ish! So the guys started giving him name like "Rain Jr, Storm,Thunder???" Ok, whatever bird shit they were throwing in...So what the F is F4-ish? That's what I will use when you see a guy with longer hair than those usual dudes you see on the street and skin is fairly powdery white as if he's more concerned with his looks than all the money in the world! I would definitely choose the latter.hehehehe

My friend brought up the topic of me being in MISS CHINATOWN or some chinese pageant shit...WTF!???????????????????????????????????Seriously, that topic ain't interesting at all...Those girls in those pageants are so pork-choppy!!Okay, no offense but they are really that bad...They may not look bad in person but after all the heavy make up and bad hairstyle, they suddenly look like "8 leung gum" or this:

An womanish chinese opera singer

YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL IF HE'S A MAN OR SHE'S A WOMAN...no no no...she's a man, he's a woman..??????

Ahem....they definitely need better wardrobe,better hair stylist,better make up,better lighting,better sponsors!

If they want to sell tickets, they need to have better quality of EVERYTHING!

Okay, let's just stop..

Oh, from tomorrow 4am, everybody gets to hop on muni for FREE!! Muni is doing some sort of the big earthquake commemoration..it's been 100 years already..the big quake hit san fran in 1906...some of those grandpa and grandma are still alive..and I'm sure they are very rich now...hehe like chinese old saying "if there's a big tragedy and you did not die/wasn't hurt, you're fated to have good tidings in your life"..I second that..

Oh yes, I totally deviated from my original topic. Let's jump back to what I ate. So I ordered this medium spicy ASSORTED MUSHROOM with tofu. Okay, the name itself is quite interesting because I thought that's my chance to taste various different mushroom together in the same claypot. Besides, tofu isn't that bad. It's one of my favorite soy products. The order came and I immediately dipped my spoon into the claypot. I was fishing and fishing for my the different types of mushroom as claimed. HOLY MOLY :O BUTTON MUSHROOM, BLACK MUSHROOM AND OYSTER MUSHROOM! Seriously, I was cursing the restaurant so bad and swearing so profusely! Dammit, 9 bucks! Honestly, the pot was filled with tofu! FUCK! So, i gave $9 to somebody else just like tat! I tot I would have the chance to at least savour something different, maybe some sort of korean ginseng mushroom. Damn, I was disappointed to the core!
I won't go there again! Don't understand why that place is always full of hungry faces ready to pay up!Donate to me la, I want to get Nokia N92...hehe

*Drooling*

The phone isn't out yet but I'm one more step to saving enough for such cool gadget! =) Sold something on ebay yesterday for $17! Haha...my junk is somebody else's treasure!

ADIOS!

Sugar sugar oh honey honey...

I was reading an article on Malaysia and Singapore. Yes, Malaysia is just stones away from Singapore. However, the relationship has never been good. At least from an "outsider" point of view. They argued on the building of the bridge on the causeway. Malaysians always threatening to shut the water of Singapore (they drink, eat, wash using water from Msia) unless singaporeans are willing to gulp the salt water from the sea and now, it is about SUGAR?:O What is wrong with people these days? Can't they even say yes on something?

‘Sugar ban’ ‘notice not up, Singaporeans unaware of ruling

By FARIK ZOLKEPLI

JOHOR BARU: It was sweet sorrow at the Causeway checkpoint. Singaporeans who bought sugar here were stopped from taking it home.

“Is there a ban?” they asked Customs officers who confiscated their packets of sugar.

The Singaporeans said there were no signboard to tell them they could not bring along the item when they travel back home across the Causeway.

Sugar costs RM1.40 per kilo in Malaysia while in Singapore the same amount is sold at between S$1.05(RM2.37) and S$1.60(RM3.60).

The hordes of Singaporeans who come here usually put sugar on their shopping list.

Motorist Jeremy Ng, who regularly shops and plays golf here, said he was not aware of the sugar ruling, as there were no notice at the checkpoint about the matter.

“I don’t know that we are not supposed to take sugar out of Malaysia,” he said, adding that he often shops for groceries in Johor though not necessarily for sugar.

Technician Johari Mohd said he had heard something about a ban but brushed it aside as he thought it was just “empty talk.”

“I did not pay much attention to it, especially when there was no signage at the checkpoint when you enter or exit the causeway,” he said.

“I always buy sugar here as it is considerably cheaper.

“Now, I have to cross it out from my grocery list,” said Johari, 28.

Another Singaporean, who only wished to be known as Kit, said he was stopped at the checkpoint on Saturday as he was sorting out several packets of sugar.

“I did not know about the ruling and there was no signage to inform me about the ban,” he said, adding that he buys about 10kg of sugar from Johor each week.

Asked about the matter, state Customs director Sarmin Md Hussin said the department would put up the signage before April 21, when those who bring sugar out of the country would be fined.

On Friday, Customs director-general Datuk Abdul Rahman Abdul Hamid announced that from April 21, those caught bringing out sugar from the country would be fined RM100 per kilo.

He said that at the moment there would be no fines, just seizures, to give people time to adjust to the new ruling.

A day earlier, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had said the Government was stepping up enforcement against those hoarding sugar and raising the price of the controlled item.

Okay this is ridiculous. I wanna say something about singaporean first. Sugar. An essential in our daily life. Car is just a mere piece of metal (to me). Comparing to the two things, which one is more expensive?! Singaporeans are known to be suckers for exotic and luxury vroom vrooms. So why the F they wanna buy sugar in Johor which is cheaper than everything on the menu of coffee bean? Why did they always complain that Johor is a nasty and high crime rate place yet they are getting their essentials from such shit hole claimed by most singaporeans? I can't never get it. Sometimes we cannot control what comes out of the mouth but in the end, it is always down to how much we have in the pocket. There's a chinese saying that we always use "if horse dies, we get down and walk". Ya, Johor can be a nasty place and you still go there because you do not have a magic wand to increase the cash in your wallet!

Malaysians. We always threaten to shut the water of Singapore. Hello? They are paying us for the water. They don't drink free water. They drink EXPENSIVE water that comes out of their pocket, from paying monthly bills to taxes! We only need to pay so little for water yet we usually abuse whatever things that are given to us. How pathetic. We should be blessed with what nature has provided us. We must not take things for granted.

Malaysia and Singapore used to battle on the claim of the land of the causeway. There were ongoing disputes on this matter.

Water

then

causeway

later

sugar

after that???

orang utans,lizards,lions, tigers, zebra???

Mana tahu suddenly a lizard left its tail in singapore? Then how?:| Who is the rightful owner?

Why don't mother nature just F-ing separate the two countries like one in north atlantic and another south? Wouldn't that be nice. We can go across the world to visit our relatives.

My first day as a realtor, kinda

I had to work today. It was fun as there wasn't any expectation and it was only for mere 4 hours.

This was where I worked at today:

A house located in OLD DALY CITY. This F house is worth over $700,000!!

I had to flirt, wink, lift my skirt up (flasher :})and had to play hide and seek with potential client HAHAHA...I'm a big liar eh? =P Okay ya ya,I admit it was only a small potato job. Don't give me that UNIMPORTANT look there =P. I was handing out fucking flyers! Flyers that can help this guy make tons of money in commission! I'm important!Hehe..

Tired now, latezzzz!!

How Ironic

I'm so so so busy today. Sitting in front of the computer for 8hrs/7days has created a lot of unidentifiable stress. A typical day for me revolves around work and odie. I'm so longing for a vacation already! The stress needs to go, QUICK OR my brain balloons up and I die of palpitation. UGLY SIGHT. I've been working non stop for almost 4 months now except for the 3 weeks break that I had.

I'm trying to save up for my UK endeavor in September. I cannot believe that studying in UK can be so much cheaper than hogging myself in a 4-Yr US institution.
The difference is BIG! How come they need to charge over $14k per semester while other Universities all around the world are charing only $14k per year? I know, Wut the F!And in United States, the most absurd thing is that if you previously studied somewhere else for even one subject, you are automatically discarded of your privilege of entering a state university. I know, another WTF!!!

I'm never a fan of such "democracy" here in US. And to all the KLites or Malaysians, don't expect the universities to be lenient enough to consider your previous credentials in your country local colleges because they just DON'T! You are wasting your money and time, forking out thousands just for a piece of crap in Malaysia. All my friends currently pursuing a BS (BullShit) or BA (BullAss), had to start all over again, starting from scratch!

How ironic
